years of experience in education policy, programme management, government
advisory, institutional development, and stakeholder engagement. He has worked
extensively with central and state governments, international development
organisations, consulting firms, and civil society organisations to design and
implement large-scale education reforms across India.
Razesh has held leadership positions with organisations including PwC India,
Mantra4Change, the American India Foundation, STiR Education, Tata Steel CSR,
the Azim Premji Foundation, and Aide et Action. He has successfully led Project
Monitoring Units (PMUs) for several state governments, supporting the
implementation of the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020, Foundational Literacy
and Numeracy (FLN) programmes, social audits, education governance, and
institutional strengthening. His expertise includes policy development, programme
design, monitoring and evaluation, strategic partnerships, capacity building, and
government systems strengthening.
He holds a Master's degree in International Education and Development from the
University of Sussex, UK, and a Master's degree in Human Resource Development
and Management from the University of Allahabad, India. He is also a Ford
Foundation International Fellow and a William J. Clinton Senior Fellow through the
American India Foundation, reflecting his commitment to leadership and innovation
